Three Places to Visit in Florida

Based in Dallas, Texas, former Florida resident Jeremy Greenway is the owner of JG Marketing. He previously owned Oceanside Lifestyle Publications in Daytona Beach, Florida. In his free time, Jeremy Greenway enjoys traveling, fishing, and playing tennis.

During the last year, many Americans have taken to spending their vacations in the country. If you’re looking for somewhere warm to visit, consider Florida! Here are the three best places to go in Florida, according to U.S. News & World Report:

Sarasota
Ideal for nature lovers, Sarasota offers one of the state’s oldest and biggest state parks (Myakka River State Park), and is also home to the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Visitors can also enjoy the beach at Lido Key and visit the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art.

Orlando
Everyone knows Orlando is famous for its theme parks, so be sure to visit Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld Orlando during the day, then check out the downtown area at night. Orlando also offers great weather for golfing.

St. Petersburg, Florida
If you’re really in need of some sun, visit St. Petersburg, which holds the Guinness World Record for most days of sunshine in a row. There are seven miles of waterfront parks and the inviting St. Pete Beach, as well as a Salvador Dali museum and the Sunken Gardens museum.
